Biography:

Fred Morck has been a licensed attorney in the state of California since 1979. Fred is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from Stanford University.

Fred joined Wendy in the practice of Family Law in 1995. From the time Fred received his legal degree until he joined Morck Family Law, he was responsible for new store development and transactional legal work in the expansion programs of several leading national retailers, including Lucky Stores, Jack-in-the-Box Restaurants and Toys "R" Us. Fred is both a trained mediator and negotiator. Fred assists Wendy in her practice in the areas of legal research, document drafting, mediation and case settlement.
