Morck Family Law was founded in 1995 with the goal of meeting clients’ family law needs while minimizing conflict. We aim to provide clients exemplary personal service at a reasonable cost. These are standards we live by and the reason clients seek our counsel.
Our attorneys understand that dissolving a once-loving relationship can be highly stressful. Our first priority in a divorce involving children is to preserve healthy relationships by shielding children from any acrimony. We strive to quickly and efficiently resolve property division issues and to establish, modify and enforce satisfactory custody, visitation, and support arrangements. Clients find our attorneys to be direct and honest about their options, helpful in determining their goals, and forceful as advocates in pursuing those goals.
Morck Family Law litigates aggressively when necessary, but we never litigate unnecessarily. We never forget our client's have to continue to be parents after a divorce, and we will not use litigious tactics that unnecessarily increase costs, delay settlement or harm anyone emotionally, especially the children.
We have particular experience in mediation and collaborative law and advocate these non-litigious options whenever possible.
Our attorneys’ credentials are impeccable. Wendy Morck is a Certified Family Law Specialist, designated by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization, because she has met high standards for education, experience and knowledge in the family law field. Wendy also served as a Deputy District Attorney in San Mateo County in the Family Support Division. She has served as a Judge Pro Tem in San Mateo County for more than 10 years. She also serves as a private judge, mediator and special master.
